What this list is for
Under the FCC's 2024 TCPA "one to one consent" rule, every company that may contact you regarding your inquiry must be identifiable to you at the time of consent. This page exists to make that list available to you, alongside the TrustedForm certificate that records your consent at the moment of submission.
How to opt out
If you have submitted a request and want to stop being contacted by a specific partner, reply STOP to any text from them, or email contact@debtdefending.com with "OPT OUT" in the subject line and the partner's name.
